What Happens When You Call

Netcare Access (614-276-2273) is Franklin County’s 24/7 crisis center with a walk-in stabilization unit. Franklin County ADAMH-funded mobile crisis teams respond in the community. Nationwide Children’s operates a youth crisis line. Emergency departments at OhioHealth, Ohio State Wexner, and Mount Carmel provide psychiatric emergency care.
When 988 Is Not Enough
A crisis call that reveals ongoing severe depression, uncontrolled substance use, or repeated crises indicates the need for treatment beyond crisis stabilization. The Recovery Village Columbus’s inpatient mental health program and dual diagnosis care serve patients who have stabilized from acute crisis but need residential support.
